On the semi-buffet spread, diners will get to enjoy appetisers such as freshly-shucked oysters, Tuna Ceviche with Coconut Milk and Lime, Grilled Romaine with Anchovies Dressing, cold cuts & cheese, and piping hot bowls of Lobster Bisque. Rounding up the meal is an array of desserts such as the Chocolate Fondue with Condiments, macaroons, cakes and mini Magnum and Cornetto.
