Embark on an exquisite wine pairing session with specially handpicked labels from the Loire Valley and Southern Rhone in France, savouring the rare Romorantin from Cour-Cheverny, Cabernet Franc from the classic region of Chinon, and a sweetly exciting dessert wine from Rasteau.

A sneak peek into the menu:
1st Course: Home-cured Milk Fish with sugarcane and vinegar, with an unlikely duo – 85% Dark Chocolate & Fish Sauce. We inspire to break through the norm of characteristic pairings and surprise the unexpected tastebuds.
2nd Course: Home-made Foie Gras Terrine that showcases a classic French pairing of balsamic and chutney. The home-made grape chutney is infused with 65% Dark Chocolate, a 2015 Silver Winner in World Drinking Chocolate Competition, organised by International Chocolate Awards in Germany. Garnished with Roasted Cacao Nibs.

3rd Course: Braised Beef Cheek with 72% Dark Chocolate. Very tenderly sous vide for over 12 hours, with its natural jus infused with peanut butter. This dish is pure decadence and a gastronomic bliss.
Wine Pairing: Bernard & Matthieu Baudry, Chinon 2016 Les Granges, Loire, France
4th Course: 65% Dark Chocolate Sponge to slide into a sweet ending, culminating in maraschino cherries.
