From 5 March, savour all-new a la carte signatures combining the freshest of seasonal produce across the globe with inspiring modern European flavours.
From the Mediterranean coast, the Grilled Summer Vegetables with hummus beckons the discerning vegetarian, with crisp summer greens doused in homemade hummus and crunchy almond toppings. Alternatively, get cheesy with Greek Salad that comes with plump, sweet Roma tomatoes and feta, finished off with zesty lemon vinaigrette.
Hearty diners, train your sights on Confit Lamb Pastilla. Inspired by French recipes using the freshest ingredients, these incredibly crispy brick dough contains well-seasoned confit lamb with thyme and onion, paired with young pistachio sprinkles for that extra crunch. The Spicy Salmon Tartare is yet another interesting option; tender Piscean bites packed with a kick of Sriracha sauce and furikake seasoning, alongside crunchy crystal pear and crispy seaweed.
Amongst the mains recommended is the Roast Chicken Leg that carries hearty French flavours combining poulet roti with Lyonnaise potatoes and wild mushroom in red wine sauce. Those with a penchant for tangy, wholesome and robust flavours can opt for Pork Belly with pineapple puree and charred leeks.

For lighter flavours, opt for zesty Key Lime Meringue with kaffir lime, or cake/ice-cream/sorbet of the day.
