In conjunction with this, Porta teams up with Green Monday movement, a global sustainability development that engages, enables and empowers communities to adopt plant-based lifestyles and reduce carbon footprint.

Our Green Monday offerings are available daily, from 11am to 10.30pm. It is the perfect solution for diners who desire to make a difference, any day of the week.

This menu features 10 signatures which have been carefully curated to cater to diverse palates, preferences and special dietary requirements, with nut-free, vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free options. In addition to pure vegetarian signatures, some of these selections cater to diners who are in search of a meat alternative, featuring plant-based produce from Beyond Meat, Mediterranean Heura Chicken, as well as plant-based cheese and dairy from Daiya Foods.

Recommended highlights include Orecchiette Pasta with Beyond Sausage, Mediterranean Heura Chicken Pasta, Beyond Sausage with house-made Jalapeno salsa, mesclun and fries. Porta’s version of Beyond Burger will feature plant-based Daiya cheddar cheese with home-made ketchup comprising seven ingredients and spices, in addition to an upgrade option from regular to truffle fries.
